1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quantum Sport Lab platform (the "Service"), operated by Quantum Digital Network LLC ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, and accessible at quantumsportlab.com. By accessing or using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quantum Sport Lab provides subscription-based access to sports prediction tools, statistical models, and analytical frameworks. All tools and modules made available through the Service are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. Before using any tool offered by the Service, you are solely responsible for verifying that the use of statistical and analytical sports software is legal in your jurisdiction. The Service is not intended for, and must not be used in, any jurisdiction where its use would be prohibited by applicable law.

4. Subscription & Payments

Access to certain modules requires a paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Payments are processed by our designated payment processor, acting as Merchant of Record, which is responsible for handling all applicable tax obligations, including VAT. Prices displayed at checkout are inclusive of applicable taxes. The Company reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service in any jurisdiction where sports analytical software is prohibited by applicable law;
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise share access to the Service with any third party; or
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract the source code or underlying methodology of the software.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, designs, algorithms, and materials made available through the Service are the exclusive property of Quantum Digital Network LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service provides statistical and mathematical sports prediction tools. Past statistical performance does not guarantee future results. Use of the Service does not guarantee profitable outcomes of any kind. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Digital Network LLC shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred while using, or as a result of following the output of, the Service's tools. In no event shall the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Use

Quantum Sport Lab is committed to promoting responsible use of its tools. Our software is designed to support data-driven, evidence-based sports analysis. If you or someone you know shows signs of compulsive behaviour related to sports or other activities, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
