Cookie Policy

Quantum Sport Lab · Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and — where you consent — understand how the site is used. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies Quantum Sport Lab uses, why, and how you can control them.

2. Your Choice

When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept all cookies or reject non-essential ones. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled, as the site cannot function without them. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer, which reopens the banner.

3. Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the site to work and are always active. They cannot be switched off through our cookie banner, though you can block them via your browser settings at the risk of breaking site functionality.

  • Session cookie — keeps you signed in and maintains your session while you use the Service.
  • CSRF token cookie — protects forms on the site from cross-site request forgery.
  • Language preference cookie — remembers the language you selected.
  • Cookie consent cookie — remembers the choice you made in the cookie banner, so we don't ask again on every visit.

4. Analytics & Marketing Cookies

Quantum Sport Lab does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes in the future — for example, to add audience analytics — those cookies will only be activated after you accept them in the cookie banner, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Our newsletter subscription form submits to Brevo (Sendinblue), our email marketing provider. Brevo may set its own cookies when you submit the newsletter form. We do not control these cookies directly; please refer to Brevo's own cookie and privacy policies for details.

6. How to Control Cookies

In addition to the choice offered in our cookie banner, most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service, such as signing in, from working correctly.

7. Your Rights

Cookies that involve personal data (such as your IP address) are covered by our Privacy Policy, which sets out your rights of access, correction, deletion, objection and portability. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection (supervisory) authority.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal reasons. Where a change is material, we will prompt you to review your cookie choice again via the banner.
